In April of 2018, after working for a period of four years, Trevor Garrabrant earned the credential "Certified Director” from the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS).  Of the 1,000 directors and assistant directors in the BHS, only 60, or 6% of those directors have accomplished the requirements necessary to earn that credential. Trevor become the Front-Line Director of the Chordsmen in 2015.  Trevor has attended the Chorus Director Workshop Intensive (CDWI) and is a five-year attendee of the Harmony University/Directors College.  He sings lead in the 2008 Novice Champion Quartet Bravada. He was the recipient of the chapter's Barbershopper of the Year in 2009 and inducted into the Chordsmen Hall of Fame, Class of 2015. In 2019 Trevor was selected as the Johnny Appleseed District Director of the Year.

Trevor sings lead in Bravada Quartet, an FCC Chapter Quartet.

Trevor is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor Degree in Music Education. He is the Director of Vocal Music at Mount Vernon City Schools, direct the HS Musical, and also a middle school track team coach. He resides in the Madison area with his wife Megan and sons Keaton and Sawyer. Trevor and Megan are owners of Garrabrant Entertainment, LLC which offer DJ services for all event types.
